Why subscribe?

Our ability to create sophisticated structures is a defining feature of humanity. We continue to rely more and more on technologically-advanced facilities for healthcare, learning, connecting, entertaining, and living. However, the increasing cost and complexity of these facilities strains the time and resources of their designers, owners, and operators.

Buildings as Code™ is a project for creating a new generation of design tools that puts information at the forefront of engineering and design. Our thought and development of these tools is based on solving problems for some of the most advanced data centers, hospitals, offices, and cultural buildings in the world.

This blog is where we zoom out from the day-to-day of solving these problems and think out loud about how our work can affect our clients, collaborators, and the rest of the world in which our work exists.
